Encrypt an Entire Cabinet, Drawer, or Folder

FileCenter Professional's encryption tools are mainly designed for securing individual files. If you want to encrypt entire folders, drawers, or cabinets, and especially if you want to ensure that all new files that are saved there get encrypted, you may want to look into Windows folder-level encryption. Windows XP Professional and newer have native support for creating encrypted folders. You can read more about it here:
